Jamaica 2025

Join Us in Negril, Jamaica!

Welcome to Paradise

If you thought Miami was a nice beach and a relaxing time, wait til you come with us to Jamaica! We’re headed to Negril, Jamaica at the end of April and would love for you all to join us for the whole trip or even just a long weekend.

Tony’s been there more than 15 times and loves the food, quiet beaches and life changing sunsets. For you coffee lovers, once you’ve had the smooth flavor of Jamaica’s Blue Mountain coffee you’ll definitely be hooked.

We’re staying at a quiet hotel (info below) right in the middle of 7 mile beach that has its own bar(s), restaurants and pool, jacuzzi and free paddle boards and kayaks. Most days we’ll just have breakfast and go for walks and meet the locals and eat the amazing, flavorful…and spicy Caribbean foods. Other days, we go shopping, treks to the waterfalls, go see the hotels and restaurants on the West End cliffs. If you like to rent scooters and go venture out into the community, its safe and Tony has walked all over Negril so its super safe.

Why Negril?

The Perfect Tropical Escape

Nestled on Jamaica’s western coast, Negril offers an authentic Caribbean experience without the crowds and commercialization of larger tourist destinations. With its perfect balance of natural beauty, local culture, and just enough amenities to keep you comfortable, it’s the ideal place to truly unwind.

Seven Mile Beach

One of the Caribbean’s most stunning stretches of coastline, Seven Mile Beach features powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Unlike many tropical destinations, the beach here is uncrowded, giving you space to truly relax. Our hotel sits right in the middle of this paradise, offering easy access to both lively and quiet sections of the beach.

Breathtaking Sunsets

Negril is famous for its legendary sunsets, where the sky transforms into a canvas of orange, pink, and purple hues. Whether you’re watching from the beach with a Red Stripe in hand or from the famous cliff-side bars on the West End, these sunsets are truly unforgettable moments that photos simply can’t capture.

Authentic Jamaican Culture

The relaxed “no problem” vibe of Negril gives you a genuine taste of Jamaican culture. From the reggae music that fills the air to the friendly locals who are happy to share their slice of paradise with visitors, you’ll experience the real Jamaica here.

Culinary Delights

Jamaica’s food scene goes far beyond jerk chicken (though that alone is worth the trip!). Fresh seafood, ackee and saltfish (the national dish), curried goat, and festival bread are just some of the flavorful dishes you’ll discover. And don’t forget to try the rum cocktails and, of course, that famous Blue Mountain coffee Tony mentioned!

When Are We Going?

Dates: April 29 – May 6

Perfect timing for warm weather but avoiding the rainy season and hurricane season. Late April offers ideal temperatures around 80-85°F with gentle sea breezes keeping things comfortable.

Flight and Transportation

We fly into Montego Bay on American Airlines from Dallas/FW.

There’s a shuttles from Montego Bay to the hotels that is about an hour and a half. They stop to check out the local bars and food places if you ask them to stop. You can coordinate with the hotel or directly with one of the services.

Or you can fly on a puddle jumper from Montego to Negril and just taxi to your hotel. This is who Tony usually flies with https://www.flyairlink.net/
